BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land locate 212 Market Street, being on the northeast line of Market Street southeast of East 2nd Street. Part of lots 8 and 10, Market Street, Original Plan of the Town of Chattanooga, not recorded, being the property described as Tracts 1 and 2 in deed book 3778, page 312, R.O.H.C. Tax Map No. 135M-A-5. from M-1 Manufacturing Zone to C-3 Central Business Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. Submittal of plans to Downtown Riverfront Design Center for review. 2. Submittal of plans for off-street and off-site parking to the City Traffic Engineer and approval of same by the City Traffic Engineer. 3. All existing easements are retained. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, the public welfare requiring it.
